We are continuing our 4 year relationship with Pastor Hudson Suubi and supporting the work of Faith Children’s Home Uganda. Debbie Price will be assisting a team of four women from Westmont College’s Emmaus Road program. This will be our second mission trip to Uganda to assist the orphanage in becoming self-sustaining. When complete, there will be an orphanage that is able to grow in its capacity to serve more children by owning a boys and girls campus, school and the operation of two taxis to raise support for the work. On acreage already purchased, FCH will be farming crops of coffee, matoke and bananas along with food for the children. Land has already been purchased to build a children’s village where widows will be trained to staff 10 houses with about 6 children in each house.
